a stay i won't soon forget!

the hotel's location was amazing. it was only about a ten-minute walk to the ho chi minh mausoleum, it is such an important landmark. the proximity to the temple of literature was also a huge plus, it made exploring so convenient! the staff was always ready to help, it.

the air conditioning made a bit of a smell when i turned it on in my junior suite balcony. i think it might not have been cleaned recently. it was a very minor thing, though.

I found the staff helpful from the beginning. The check-in process was quick. The location proved ideal for exploring various attractions. Everything was very accessible. The high-speed Wi-Fi was stable. It supported both work and leisure needs effectively.

One small issue was the safe in my room not working. I had to use a manual key. It was resolved efficiently though, so I am grateful.

The bathroom wasn't great. The shower drain was clogged. water overflowed, so i had to call someone to look at it... twice.

the location was acceptable for my needs.

I was disappointed with the room i initially received as it didn't match the description (it was supposed to include certain features). we were able to switch rooms, but the bed in the second room was uncomfortable. It seemed like sleeping on a plank. i also noticed a cigarette smell in some parts of the hotel. It was rather unpleasant.
